As we all know, COVID-19 has acted as a stimulus for all professions to work from home. We have seen more zoom calls than ever, and what we need to look over is what these employees make of their work from home. Surprisingly enough, a hefty amount of these employees are stating that they prefer to work from home and desire for it to be implemented into regular working schedules once this problem is dealt with. I can see where they are coming from due to a home being a much less stressful environment than a workplace. Do you guys believe these unusual circumstances could change the method of work for employees for the years to come?
