Loans, Loans, Loans

In the past few weeks we have seen a multitude of efforts to financially aid fellow businesses and citizens. Recently loans which were meant for small businesses were offered, however, certain public companies received these loans as well. News of this surfaced and the public wanted to know if these large companies would return these loans, and to their surprise, a handful said no. Do you guys believe it is justified for them not to return the Loan? All businesses are struggling, so do you believe everyone, including public companies, can use the help of these loans?
